Our mission is to provide quality yet affordable, financially secure, as well as environmentally sustainable housing for individuals and families who are predominantly on low to middle income, who reside in south eastern suburbs of Melbourne and who are willing to participate in the co-operative movement.
We are a not for profit co-operative, established for the purpose of managing housing stock, finances and tenancies for and by members/tenants. All of our members are volunteers who devote some of their free time to the day to day running of the cooperative. In turn, we enjoy the benefits of self managed affordable and secure rental housing.
The key to our success is a strong adherence to the International Co-operative Principles.
